Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead Modality Sales Specialist, WHXR is responsible for:

  • Quoting the WHXR product features and price according with key clients’ requests and technical requirements;
  • Driving tender/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales, and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction;
  • Maintaining up to date detailed knowledge of their WHXR product/solution/services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers;
  • Providing market analysis (Moscow region) for marketing strategy and ensure implementation of the marketing strategy in LCT;
  • Conducting market, competitor, and win/loss analysis; providing feedback from the field for the purpose of product gaps analysis; participating in price execution process;
  • Organizing and managing Round Table, Electronic Theater, and Works Show;
  • Providing support in reference sites management; managing customer calls/meetings;
  • Providing promotion support of the WHXR product within the assigned territory of Moscow region including, but not limited to coordinated marketing strategy, participation and organization of national/local conferences and master-classes;
  • Maintaining and developing a network of Local KOL; assisting MSM in managing National KOL;
  • Participating in creation and realization of strategic projects and multi-modality solutions;
  • Assisting MSM in product trainings for partners, MSS, and other newcomers (Adv. App, MTS); providing cross-region back-up for MSS/MSM;
  • Communicating (if necessary) with Federal Antitrust Commission as a Modality Sales Specialist, WHXR of GE Healthcare;
  • Participating in LCT & modality operational mechanisms including, but not limited to deals analysis & review, BAR, and QMI;
  • Collecting and sharing data using various systems (SFDC, Server, Colab, etc.).

Minimal Requirements:

  • Medical Degree or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a technical field;
  • 3-5 years of work experience;
  • Deep knowledge of equipment and competitors;
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and other data-based programs);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Ability to deliver results in a tight schedule;
  • Ability to travel ~40% of working time.
