Your contribution to something big

  • Ιmprove employee experience
  • Drive and implement the full cycle of recruitment process
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Design and implement the employer branding concept of the company
  • Promote and develop HR programs, initiatives and strategies including DEI
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to improve efficiency of the HR Dept.
  • Assist in training and development of employees
  • Support Payroll and enter data into HR information systems
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
  • Coordinate Health & Safety policies and related activities
  • Coordinate HR-driven events

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as HR Generalist in a multinational company
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  • MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and employment related regulations
  • Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office & ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Pyron HRM is preferable
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and ethics
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • High motivation and outgoing personality with a “can do” attitude
