The Role:

As the Event Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic event marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of events, from industry conferences and trade shows to webinars and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy and Planning: 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify key industry events and opportunities for participation, sponsorship, or hosting.
  • End-to-End Execution:
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
  • Content Development:
  • Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant event content, including presentations, collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Ensure consistent and effective representation of the company's brand at all events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers in the industry.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Implement strategies to maximize lead generation through events, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.
  • Track and analyze the performance of events to measure ROI and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align event activities with overall marketing objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to event participation.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in event marketing, preferably in the tech industry (B2B & SaaS).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with event management tools and platforms.
  • Will be required to work 5 days per week from the PA office.

The base salary range is $90,000-$120,000 for this role.
