ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Data Analyst to support functional teams by transforming transactional data from ERP, CRM, and MDM applications into actionable insights. The right candidate will have a passion for working with a wide variety of stakeholders to improve business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • (30%) Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture decision support needs.
  • (30%) Ensure business logic is reflected accurately in all reporting, analyses, and models.
  • (20%) Identify data sources (ERP, CRM and MDM) required to build foundational models that can be applied to a wide variety of business use cases.
  • (10%) Visualize data solutions using Microsoft Power BI and other similar tools.
  • (10%) Use DAX to create calculations and measurements.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems).
  • 1-3 years of experience manipulating large datasets, utilizing visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Excel or equivalent, and developing workflows for automated insight actions.
  • Ability to communicate analysis and recommendations to a non-technical audience.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Experience with optimizing visualization tool performance and scalability.
  • Experience working with and creating data architectures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross function coordination.
  • Ecommerce experience.
  • Manufacturing environment experience.
  • Familiarity with web scraping techniques in any preferred programming language.

Work Environment:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Hybrid work in office 3 days/week.

Pay Range: $66,490-$97,519.

This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
