At DV, we believe that our people are the secret to our success. As a commitment to our people and culture, we are seeking a Management Training & Leadership Development Lead that will be tasked with helping build management capability for all DV people managers. 

You will report to our VP, Talent Management, HR Technology & Operations, supporting the broader Talent Management and L&D team. As a member of the team, you will serve as a consultative business partner and have experience in the design, creation, and delivery of management training & leadership development curriculum. The ideal candidate has expertise in the following areas: program development and execution, facilitation, content development, effective communication, attention to the smallest detail, strong collaboration skills, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, create and deliver holistic learning solutions for our management and leadership population
  • Plan, execute, and operationalize development programs and processes aligned to the “DV way”, DV values, and our job family architecture
  • Manage all aspects program/project implementation, including project scoping and plan, deliverables, vendor and stakeholder management, budget, content and materials development, and communication strategy
  • Drive execution, track status and reporting of all program/project components and manage changes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and address risks through collaboration with project stakeholders and escalate as needed
  • Prioritize the learner experience, creating systems and structures that follow facilitation and development program best practice
  • Create development tools and resources to support overall executive and partner development strategy
  • Work with larger L&D team to support the development of learning and/or development programs to help learners most effectively build, retain, and apply new skills
  • Work with broader L&D team, HR partners, and the business to design learning paths and curricula, and collaborate with internal clients to enhance the learning experience
  • Review deliverables often for accuracy, tracking metrics in Learning & Talent Development Dashboard
  • Lead project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers

Who You Are

  • At least 7-10 years experience in instructional design and training facilitation, technology or similar industry preferred. At least three years focused on design and delivery of leadership and/or executive development.
  • Demonstrated success managing development programs
  • Experience building relationships with HR Business Partners, Senior Leadership, and key business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences and engage/influence senior level stakeholders; 
  • Advanced proficiency in technology tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills; strategic and critical thinking skills, including exercising professional judgment, organization, planning, data analysis and time management
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, with multiple project team members and multiple scopes of authority toward a common project outcome
  • Proficient in project management principles including budgeting and resource management (including working with external vendors)

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.

The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$83,000-158,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
