As an Engagement Specialist in our Advertiser Experience team, you will partner directly with our advertisers in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance the advertiser's experience on our platform. You will team up with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Training, and Operations to assess and optimize existing services, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on emerging issues.

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow and lead a team of ambitious and professional Engagement specialists
  • Navigate and excel in a matrixed organization where you can network and align cross-functionally
  • Engage Sales and other cross-functional teams, organizing activities and delivering insights from selected verticals/markets
  • Contribute to define and operationalize premium services for key customers
  • Curate continuous improvement in advertiser onboarding and proactive integrity strategies, collaborating with our Policy, Training, Operations and Sales teams
  • Make recommendations to senior management through quantitative and qualitative analysis of challenges
  • Document successful process improvement to enable progressive learning

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a people leader or manager role, within a fast-paced, tech-based environment
  • Customer-first orientation, ideally with hands-on experience in account management, customer success, customer experience, sales or service design.
  • Creatively and analytically inspired, with experience in measuring the effectiveness of initiatives and defining the metrics to measure them *
  • Work proficiency with operational metrics such as but not limited to: quality, CSATs, productivity and percentage accuracy
  • Prepare and present compelling narratives to showcase the progress of internal initiatives, presenting data to support key findings
  • Experience in visualisation of key results for a wide range of audiences
  • Experience with design thinking and data literacy
  • Fluent English and one of the following APAC language VN,TH,ID,KR,PH,MY
