In this role, you will perform training needs analysis, and partner with SMEs to develop and design courses and curricula while applying proven methodologies in instructional design. This role will build user-centric learning activities, assignments, and assessments, as well as craft outstanding learning materials. You will design eLearning and storyboards, and develop instructor manuals, rubrics, and other instructional tools. You will analyze, update and refine existing content as well as write scripts for video and audio content while working alongside a fun and engaging team.
