Job Title: Associate Director Marketing, NPP Lung Cancer

Introduction to the role:

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of Oncology? As the Associate Director of Non-Personal Promotion (NPP), Lung Cancer, you will be responsible for the strategy of our digital/non-personal promotion and marketing multichannel plan. This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters for our US Oncology. 

Accountabilities:

As part of your role, you will lead the digital & media marketing strategy for the franchise and tactical planning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to support the digital execution of brand strategies. You will also develop the website and social media strategy and support the creation and delivery of digital assets. You will be responsible for running multiple program budgets, timelines, processes, and procedures. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with digital marketing is required (strategy and execution)
  • 4+ years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: digital marketing, consumer marketing, HCP marketing, media planning, market research/analytics or strategic planning, brand marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of cross-functional and technical members to achieve outcomes.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Oncology or specialty care experience
  • MBA in a relevant field
  • Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Patient marketing)
  • Experience working in a ‘commercial alliance/partnership’ environment.
