Manage, guide and develop all Factory Supply Chain activities at plant in order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized cost.

A DAY IN A LIFE OF...

  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding service of factory RMP at a minimum cost-to-serve
  • Manage, guide and develop the factory RMP teams to ensure: 
  • Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing and filling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule (MPS), whilst minimizing production costs. 
  • Material Management Planning (Inbound Material Management) makes raw & packaging material available on time and quality at best overall costs for seamless manufacturing; co-ordinates with suppliers of raw and packaging materials for maintaining service levels while constantly seeking improvement possibilities.
  • Material Handling and warehousing operations for raw & packaging material, prepare Raw material to be ready to supply in Production (Green Coffee Management, etc.) and for finished goods within company guidelines (Good Warehousing Practices); records accurately the inventory and checks inventory rotation; controls and co-ordinates all documents relevant to receipt and despatch of goods.
  • Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with 
  • Internal partners at factory, DC (Distribution Center), DSP, Procurement 
  • External partners as Suppliers, Contractors, Co-Manufacturer
  • Monitors and manages Safety, Health and Environment, Quality and CARE
  • Collaborate with peer factory RMP managers to share best practices, liaise with Lean Initiative team, Procurement, IMS, Factory Management and Application Group to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and team in order to develop them to their full potential and to achieve objectives in accordance with NCE guidelines. Ensure succession plans and development - coaching of direct reports (where applicable) including development of specific training. 
  • Communicate effectively downstream needs to instil customer service orientation within plant's organisation.
  • Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through NCE approach. Drive for excellence and support operators and staff in their tasks.
  • Effectively manage the DOR, ensure exchange of information (cascade Target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term and WOR, MOR for medium and long term to achieve production plan and to identify and achieve performance improvements. Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives and to act in accordance with NCE guidelines. 
  • Ensure smooth operations of the inventory control systems and appropriate use of information technology.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Degree in Engineering, Food Technology or Business Administration
  • Having at least 5 years' experience in supply chain, preferrably in food and beverages industry
  • Able to deminstrate capability to lead a group in a factory
  • Management exposure across several functions
  • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional
  • teams
  • Improvement project experience
