The Indianapolis Colts are seeking to add a talented Graphic Designer to the Colts Content team with this incredible career opportunity. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creative design of all Indianapolis Colts organization assets while maintaining and implementing brand standards and style guide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Graphic Designer's general responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Executes a wide range of design projects across many different platforms with a primarily focuses on social and digital platforms
• Creates all print design work for team and all assets of the organization while coordinating with printers as required
• Works closely with all internal departments, including but not limited to, Marketing and Partnership Sales departments
• Consults with marketing on team branding initiatives
• Works closely with Design Team to bring cohesion to all creative work
• Maintains knowledge of creative brand trends and best practices 
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships throughout the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years professional design experience
• Proficient in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Highly organized, process, and detail oriented with exceptional grammatical, writing, and editorial skills
• Ability to help create social media graphics on a short deadline
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple simultaneous projects
• Available to work evening and weekends as necessary
• Must provide link to a portfolio
