The role:

This role will involve relationship and project management to our most important artists and distributed music and video clients across Southeast Asia.

What you will do:

  • Manage relationships with independent labels, managers, artists and DSP representatives.
  • Manage day to day release processing logistics within The Orchard’s distribution system for digital music and video formats.
  • Provide customer service and support for distributed clients in adopting The Orchard’s proprietary client tools and technology.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to clients, offering best practices in the realm of successful digital music marketing.
  • Pitching regional and international priority releases for editorial placements and promotional campaigns across digital music platforms.
  • Track and facilitate incoming press, radio and marketing campaign requests from our international and domestic labels with third party PR & Marketing agencies from Southeast Asia.
  • Assist with regular internal & external business reviews.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years working within a label, artist management or distribution system managing releases, projects or relationships.
  • High level of knowledge with digital retail outlets, release timelines, and marketing opportunities.
  • High level of awareness and passion for independent labels and artists.
  • Supreme organizational skills + written and verbal communication.
  • You are relationship-driven with a creative and analytical mind, with the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
