Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Reports To: Assistant Manager
Schedule: Must be able to work weekends and holidays; weekday hours also available
Hours: 8:45 a.m. – Closing
POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversee the daily operations of assigned locations to provide high quality products and superior customer service that enhances the guest’s visit, and supports the mission of the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operation of locations
- Ensure that all associates provide superior customer service & provide service recovery to guests
- Be responsive to needs of associates
- Follow and enforce all WCS and departmental rules and regulations
- Address and correct associates behaviors
- Ensure that all assigned locations are properly set, operated and maintained for efficient and effective guest experience
- Maintain and operate all rides and attractions safely under departmental rules and guidelines
- Maintain general knowledge of park, attractions, and amenities so as to provide superior customer service
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age of 18 or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma or its equivalent (GED) required
- Previous supervisory experience in related business preferred
- Applicant must have a positive work ethic, and possess well-developed leadership abilities
- Outgoing personality with strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to balance numerous and varied tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work weekends & holidays
