There will also be opportunity to help with the learning and development of staff too, making this a busy but rewarding role. You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to both candidates and the internal managers alike. 

We will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of Human Resources with a specific focus on talent acquisition and development. 

Day-to-day you may be... 

  • Providing support to the recruitment processes for 30 graduates, 120 interns and 20 apprentices. 
  • Screening CVs, setting up interviews and assessment centers by building networks in the business. 
  • Responding to candidates with offers and providing detailed feedback. 
  • Planning and implementation the University attraction strategy by building strong relationships with our University partners. 
  • Organizing and updating University presentations. 
  • Offering support to the planning and execution of the Brandstorm Innovation Competition.
  • Helping to coordinate and run our Spring Insights Programme. 
  • Managing mailbox and phone queries from prospective candidates and guide them through the application process. 
  • Helping to grow and execute the Early Careers social media strategy by working with the EVP Manager and managing the Early Careers social media committee. 
  • Updating new and existing job descriptions & case studies in line with business needs. 
  • Managing the ‘Keep Warm’ strategy of all joining Early Careers candidates. 
  • Supporting with onboarding and coordinating the training for all junior Talent candidates. 
  • Helping to build the bridge between the Early Careers Team and the junior talent network (NextGen) by feeding back on activities planned, organizing catch ups and coming up with innovative community ideas. 
  • Owning and delivering own projects in line with Early Careers strategy.
