Your background

  • BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in Cash Management business e.g. Payment products including regulatory reporting
  • 3-5 years of operational management/supervisory experience
  • Good knowledge of offshore payment (SWIFT or ISO standard) and Bank of Thailand Exchange Control is a must.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Thai
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently, constructive and positive approach to challenges, and be a good team player
  • Experience of working in a Regional/Global environment.
  • Willing to learn and work in a flexible environment, adapts to change and expandable

What you can expect

Payment Operations department under Global Banking Operations- Thailand (GBO) is looking for an Operations Team Lead to join our payment Operations team of 11 staffs handling payment processing both local and cross border payment. The position is full-time, we would prefer enthusiastic candidates who have experience, flexibility eager for opportunities to learn and grow.

What you will do

Handle Cross Border Payment on day-to-day basis.

Backup inward remittance on day-to-day basis.

Review supporting document as required by BOT exchange control regulation on cross border payment.

Handle payment investigation related to outward/inward remittance transaction.

Handle daily Regulatory Report

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders i.e. Client Service, Trader, processing team who processes the payment for Thailand Operations

Escalate to the team in case that there will be any possible issue or risk involved in the process or day-to-day transaction.

Participate in local/regional projects, taking ownership and deliver the execution of these projects

Adhere to bank policy and local regulation, ensure control are in place and no audit findings

Coordinate with Regional team on system/product enhancement

Perform other duties/initiatives as assigned by supervisor
