About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Integration Solution Lead to drive AstraZeneca’s Digital Transformation through coaching and consultation on modern integration design and best practises. You will be working alongside one or more business domains and help drive their API-led strategies. The role will drive:
1.Partnering with the other department and functions to transform their design planning journey to include API-led strategy that effectively delivers enterprise-wide reusable interfaces to expose strategic data, utilizes the right source data, etc.
2.Coach and provide consultation to the business functions on the lifecycle management of strategic integration assets, and support in establishing roadmaps for their integration landscape. 3.Working with domain aligned Data Offices to drive the design and build of data product APIs to drive reuse and improve control.
4.Working closely with strategy experts, tech leads, and delivery experts to create learning & development material, guidelines, instructions, standards, and best practises.
5. Optimizing the relationships with other business areas by measuring and assessing stakeholder success and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues or optimize processes, performing benefits analysis for delivered projects, analysing value of existing assets, and identifying improvements for learning & development.
To succeed in the role, you must have strong experience of the end-to-end Integration and API Management Lifecycle and have been leading the design and development of integration solutions in key strategic digital transformation projects. We think you have been a senior solution or integration architect and want to take on leadership in requirements gathering, planning, negotiation, and driving integration design & architecture together with key stakeholders.
