POSITION SUMMARY:

The Salesforce Administrator will maintain and optimize AE’s Salesforce environment, which includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. This role will work closely with the Lead Salesforce Architect, Offshore team, Integration team, Analytics Team, and Business teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain custom applications within Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of the company
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and deliver results on time
  • Leverage Salesforce flows and automation tools to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Oversee the deployment pipeline and code repository, ensuring a smooth and controlled release process
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit controls by adhering to the organization’s change management process to develop and deploy system changes
  • Work with offshore team, providing guidance, support, and fostering collaboration
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies including daily standup calls
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document enhancements required for Sales, Service, and Community Cloud
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical stories for development teams
  • Communicate system changes, modifications, and provide training materials to end users
  • Proactively identify and resolve integration issues between Salesforce and various other systems, including marketing platforms and the company's ERP

EXPERIENCE: 

Essential:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, with a strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • 2 - 4 years of experience with code repositories (GIT) and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Proficiency in building custom applications in Salesforce
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce flows and automation tools
  • Experience in Data loading, migrations, and integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map business processes to technical solutions
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management best practice
  • Experience in working in multiple complex technology projects 
  • Problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Must be Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Must have a Certified Sales cloud or service cloud Consultant

Preferred:

  • Strong leadership skills to effectively partner with a team of developers
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and SOX controls in an IT environment
  • Experience in Marketo is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce commerce cloud is a plus
  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Community cloud certification are a plus
  • Agile certifications are a plus

EDUCATION: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent in work experience

COMPENSATION: 

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
