Cloud Communications & Security Operations Manager

Job Purpose: Security Operations for TIGO Cloud platform that is geographically distributed in LATAM.

Responsabilities

  • Providing leadership, mentorship, evaluation and direction to the B2B Operations Communication & Security IT Cloud Team for TIGO Cloud and any new service, that is geographically distributed Staff members.
  • Leading executive-level communications regarding B2B services and solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with Millicom lines of business and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the B2B Cloud Platform security and services adhere with relevant regulatory, corporate and centralized governance, standards, security and policies.
  • Providing reporting on SLA, OLA and/or KPIsfor B2B Cloud services.
  • Considerable experience in managing and administering projects of varying size, complexity compensating prioritization and multitasking.
  • Manage crisis, diagnosis and repair of complex problems and factor effecting system security, system performance, and reliability for Network & Cloud Services.
  • Maintain data security and integrity thorough monitored backups, security management and application auditing.
  • Demonstrates operational budget control, including maintenance contracts, provider management and supply ordering.
  • Team performance evaluation & career path team guidance.
  • Develop strategies, processes and procedures to increase the efficiency of the operations teams.
  • Evolve the operational framework towards automation, reduction of operative manual tasks, proactive monitoring and incident detection.

Requirements and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics or related IT careers.
  • At least 10 years of Information Technology experience in an enterprise environment network related like Firewalls, SDWAN, WAF and Anti-DDoS.
  • At least 3 years experience installing, operating and maintaining Fortinet or Versa SD WAN infrastructure and services as well as Fortinet firewalls, WAF and Anti-DDoS.
  • At least 5 years managing direct reports.
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of security regulatory frameworks such as ITIL, NIST or ISO27001.
  • Good troubleshooting skills, capable of leading the team trough incident detection, analysis and root cause identification.
  • Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in conflict management
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
