ABOUT THE JOB

As HRBP for Denmark & Norway you work closely and hands-on with the business and get exposure to stakeholders at all levels. You will provide guidance in complex HR matters using your knowledge in Danish labour law, as well as provide HR support on both a strategic and operational level. You will work closely with the HR team across Nordics & Baltics, consisting of local HRBPs, Talent & Learning, Reward, Internal Communication & Engagement and Payroll.

Your main focus will be to support our Specialized Nutrition, Dairy and Plant-Based business and teams in Denmark and Norway even though some of your projects and responsibilities will span over the full Nordic & Baltic region. The position is hybrid based in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

In this role you will be reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering & Organizational Development, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the team-leaders in execution of yearly HR processes and organizational development.
  • Support in driving local employee engagement, driving office projects and boosting well-being.
  • Provide support and guidance in HR-related queries from both managers and employees. Always ensuring correct measures and compliance according to Danish legislation and Danone business strategy.
  • Continuously review and update HR processes and policies, proactively driving the HR function and agenda according to the Nordic & Baltic vision.
  • Own HR data in the systems and ensure and execute accurate and timely processing of employee records, compiling employee related reporting.
  • Coordinate employee inductions and administrate onboarding together with the Talent & Learning team.
  • Support as HRBP in recruitment processes and learning activities, with the business perspective in mind.
  • Support on working environment improvements and HR related internal communication as well as other ad hoc projects as needed.

In order to be successful you need to have:

  • Degree within Human Resources or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience from a wide HR role, preferably from an international environment.
  • Knowledge in Danish labour law and experience in providing legal guidance connected to employment.
  • Experience working with Norway or other Nordic countries is highly merited.
  • Experience working in FMCG, retail or other fast moving industry is considered a merit. Things move fast around here so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
  • Great communication skills in Danish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in order to navigate a complex matrix organization.
  • Experience working independently with confidence in your own skills, high integrity, communicating and collaborating with all levels of the organization with ease.
  • Team-player attitude with great interpersonal skills. True passion for people.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
