About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

About the role

Design plays an essential role in ensuring the product is intuitive and efficient, helping free up smart people to work on hard problems for their organizations rather than the busy work that often comes with their jobs. As an essential part of the Design team, we’re responsible for creating experiences that build trust and solve real everyday problems for the people who use our products.

This role will primarily support the Hub Platform team. The Hub Platform team is responsible for the products and frameworks that showcase the value of seamlessly integrating HR, IT, Finance, and other applications together into one unified platform, which we call Rippling Unity. The team owns application building blocks like reporting & data visualization, automated workflows, permissions, approvals, policies, search, notifications, and a unified data platform that powers it all. Unity products include components that are leveraged and embedded in other Rippling products, along with full-stack Unity products that are used by end Rippling customers.
