About us

We are a strategy and performance consulting firm built on a bedrock principle – that unlike career consultants, leaders who have had to operationalize a strategy within a company are best positioned to create actionable solutions that drive business results. Our leadership team has this management experience and brings it to every consulting engagement we complete.

We serve clients in healthcare, industrial products, high-tech, financial services, and a range of industries. We aim to be the partner of choice by adding tremendous value to these clients across our solution offerings, including Organic Growth, M&A, Cost Economics, Process Improvement, Complex Program Management, Core Systems Configuration, Product Development, Digital Transformation, Actuarial Informed Decision Making and more.
