Position Summary: Regal Rexnord is looking for an ambitious Strategic Market Research Executive to join our team. As a Strategic Market Research Executive, you will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary market research to support the development and execution of business strategies. You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of engineering industries and markets, as well as excellent research and analytical skills.

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to support business strategy development and execution.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide insights to internal stakeholders on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Use research findings to support decision-making related to product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Building competitive profiles & intelligence
  • Create presentations and reports using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends, and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Work with little supervision and show a strong learning attitude to develop new skills and knowledge.

Required Education / Experience:

  • Strong ethics & values
  • MBA Graduate with an Engineering degree
  • 1-4 years of experience in market research (primary and secondary).
  • Excellent desk research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Strong knowledge of engineering industries and end markets
  • Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • A learning attitude with the willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge
  • Knowledge of Competitive Intelligence and analysis would be an advantage
