About the job

• The Regulatory & Operational Conduct Risk Analyst Trainee will actively support the Chief Contuct and Control Officers Central Team based in Paris in all their non-financial risk management projects, namely related to operational, regulatory and third party risk

Your Main Activities Are

• Support the team in the production of reports to CIB Top Management for risk monitoring purpose
• Alert the management to key indicators that do not comply with internal guidelines and external obligations
• Analyze Internal Procedures to support the production of executive summaries for CIB Top Management and CIB community
• Analyze and reconcile data, perform controls, investigate root causes of issues and escalate inconsistencies
• Assist in delivering the projects, process automation, simplification, among others

Profile and Skills to Success

• Academic background in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or other related fields
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel, with knowledge of Tableau, VBA and Power BI being a plus
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to develop a process, manage data and define relevant performance indicators
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
