Your role

Do you have a knack for analyzing IT business processes and specifying database related solutions? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us: - determine required IT business solutions and assist the designer in implementing them - conduct requirements-gathering activities, like analyzing ledger, static and rule data and conducting stakeholder and SME interviews - identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements - specifiying and performing tests - collaborate with different partners of globally distributed team

Your team

You’ll be working in the GEAR team in Zurich. Our role is to analyze requirements, data and the impact of regularly changes as well as designing new solutions. We work in a global team with a ledger system deployed to Europe, Switzerland, America and also planned in Asia Pacific.

Your experience and skills

You have: - experience applying business analysis techniques - knowledge of how to develop robust solutions - strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills - SQL experience is a must - Accounting knowledge and policies an asset

You are: - passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications - technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability - adaptable, able to work across teams and functions - fluent in English (German is appreciate but not a must)
