Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the relationship with our Supplier and initiate calls to validate data
  • Ensure there are no duplicate vendor accounts, incorrect data in the systems
  • Promotes, Supports and engages in Continuous Improvement and Harmonization of transitioned activities with aim on best practices and efficiency increase
  • Standardizing the approach on how we collect data from Suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with Sandoz Accounting Manual (SAM), Sandoz Financial Controls Framework (SFCF) and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proficient in English
  • Strong Customer orientation, professional attitude, reliable
  • Experience with the Vendor Master System and Processes
  • Strong skills in supporting tools such as MS Excel required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
  • SAP knowledge

You will receive:
