Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Have ability to plan, execute and evaluate e-commerce campaign TikTokShop to achieve maximum sales, keep the community engaged and deliver fresh ideas and campaign for the LS;
  • Create IP based Campaign on TikTok Shop and be able to scale them to maximize the GMV;
  • Support the campaign team for key campaigns like MYS, PayDay, Ramadan, etc.;
  • Work with cross function teams to co-create campaigns and push forward for execution to drive potential product sales;
  • Work closely with the Product Assortment team and support Creators (Celebrities; Top Creators; MCN; Community) to suggest product assortment for the planned campaign and IP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing, or other related fields
  • 3-8 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, Management Consulting, Tech companies
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
  • Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large-scale data sets
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and a team player
  • English proficiency
