We're looking for a strategic communications professional to help us build trust across our content, ad, and commerce policies, products, and safety processes. You'll join our global trust and safety communications team to develop and implement a range of initiatives which demonstrate our commitment to safe, inclusive, and age-appropriate content experiences. We're looking for someone to operate at the intersection of digitial advertising, e-commerce, and trust and safety and collaborate with our Trust and Safety, Advertising, E-Commerce, Product, Public Policy, Creator, and Legal teams across a range of topics, products, policies, partnerships, and issues. You should have a proven ability to easily distill and communicate complex issues for a wide range of audiences, and create clear, crisp messaging frameworks, talking points, and other assets that bring our story to life. The ideal candidate has excellent media judgement, the ability to analyze opportunities and risks associated with media inquiries, and the strategic judgment to respond accordingly. You're good at connecting the dots and seeing the bigger picture. You work well under pressure, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and you're able to respond to and collaborate on a range of situations with empathy and a people-first mindset.
