Mindvalley University is a unique 3 week-long transformational event bringing together people of all ages - a re-imagining of college, campus, curriculum, and community. It is for the skills that the regular education system lacks - entrepreneurship, leadership, public speaking, health, happiness, love, parenting, mindfulness, etc. Besides being able to learn from world-class teachers in personal and business growth, there are amazing parties, masterminds, and many other activities that will give the participants incredible memories and lifelong friendships.

Mindvalley University team is now looking for interns to support the team with various activities to make Mindvalley University 2023 the most impactful event of their lives for the 1500+ attendees from 70+ different countries whom we are expecting to attend. You will get an opportunity to experience behind the scenes of a truly international event, working side by side with the award-winning Mindvalley Events team and getting access to Mindvalley’s global community, which attracts some of the best minds in nearly every profession or educational track on the planet.

Mindvalley University 2023 will take place in Tallinn, Estonia on July 1-21, 2024.

About the role

This is a paid internship available for anyone already legally allowed to work in Estonia.

What would you be doing?

Supporting the core team members with their respective areas of responsibility:

  • Volunteer management
  • Sponsors and vendors management
  • Registration process 
  • Youth Programs (read more about Youth Programs here)
  • Overall event management

Tasks can include but are not limited to: 

  • Pre-event engagement and overall management of the volunteers 
  • Coordination of the schedule of the volunteers
  • Responsible for daily WhatsApp updates to the volunteers during the event
  • Supporting the registration process 
  • Coordinating all kinds of logistical needs
  • Supporting the sessions for the Youth Programs

Essential skills:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Self-starter who can take the initiative and is proactive in contributing toward the team and goals

Profiles we’re looking for:

  • Event or project management, PR and marketing, recreation management students 
  • Future kindergarten or school teachers 
  • People interested in event management with appropriate experience
  • Legally allowed to work in Estonia

More information:

  • This is a paid internship for anyone already legally allowed to work in Estonia.
  • Duration is 3 months: May, June, July. Must commit for the full duration.
  • May and June part-time with 20 hours per week. July full-time with 40 hours per week.
