About the role

The prime responsibility of this position is to deliver opportunities to both increase acquisition volume and deliver highly engaging digital experiences.

The role is responsible for delivering key strategies to deliver commercial success through leading the GOMO squad. GOMO is a challenger brand in an extremely competitor landscape

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of the Product and Proposition strategy, driving market share gains within the Tier Two market.
  • Develop strong understanding of the GOMO customer to define clear target segment and core differentiation between GOMO and other Optus Tier 2 businesses.
  • Develop and implement both strategic and tactical campaigns that achieve acquisition and revenue targets, from concept to execution.
  • Lead campaign briefs and understand commercial impact
  • Closely monitor core performance metrics of new connections, in-year recharge revenue, ARPU and gross margin and develop solution options where performance is gapping to AOP targets

Experience

  • Degree qualified graduate in Business or Marketing
  • 7-10 years’ experience in product management ideally within the IT/Telecommunications /or ECommerce industry.
  • Experience in new product development
  • Extensive understanding of mobile commercials (e.g. ARPU, revenue, CoS)
  • Strong presentation skills
