About the opportunity: We are seeking a driven B2B Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team and play a crucial role in promoting our Industrial and Commercial brands to existing and prospective customers. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in B2B communications, content development, and trade show/event marketing to craft compelling narratives that effectively convey our value proposition and resonate with our target audience. 

What your contributions will be: 

  • Assist Sr Marketing Manager and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing, brand awareness and product adoption plans for our Industrial & Commercial brands, by aligning to Auction Technology Group’s business objectives and commercial targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to organize industry events and trade show participation, effectively communicating event schedules, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Develop valuable and engaging content for our client newsletters that drives awareness and demand across our product matrix. 
  • Partner closely with product marketing and sales teams to develop marketing and sales enablement material that reinforces core persona messages and value, including email messaging, client presentations, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design to develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, and trade show collateral, ensuring accurate representation of our brand and value proposition.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to gauge effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Manage and monitor client-facing social media accounts and online forums, ensuring ATG brand narratives are supported through our social media messaging.
  • Bring creative ideas and outcome-driven approaches that effectively convey our brand differentiation and unique value proposition to desired audiences.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Outstanding project management and problem-solving skills.

What you will need for success:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of developing B2B communications ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging and informative marketing materials.
  • Prior experience supporting and accelerating sales growth through event marketing.
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate the unique value proposition and brand narrative of our company in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing; experience managing brand accounts is an advantage.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
