BRP is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist EMEA. As a member of the customer service team, your mandate will be to maintain consumer confidence in BRP. You will provide an essential link between customers and the customer representative and the customer service team for the resolution of complex and sensitive issues.

Your main responsibilities will be:

The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for problem solving, winning back and retaining the most demanding customers. Working closely with the dealer network, customers and customer service colleagues, the job holder will perform the following duties:

  • Identify, negotiate, and propose creative solutions to customers' complex problems through discussion and written communication.
  • Identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction in order to improve business processes.
  • Balances business and customer needs with best practices in customer experience.
  • Build relationships with other business functions and departments so that the right resources can be mobilized at the right time to optimize problem resolution.


  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in providing outstanding customer service, including social media and high-profile situations.
  • Proficiency in customer service best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful and flexible.
  • Exemplary judgment and excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional follow-up and work organization skills.
  • Fluent in English and French, a third language is an asset.
