The Senior Product Manager will be joining the technical product management team to provide expertise building the best-in-class technology software and products. Our technical product management team plays a critical role in shaping the technology strategy and operations of HGV software product offerings introduced to the market. S/he will ultimately be responsible for defining, building and overseeing product capabilities to address identified market and business needs or customer requests. This is both a highly strategic role and a tactical role requiring the ability to accomplish goals through influence and leadership.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and maintain product and feature requirements reflecting technical product roadmap. Develop innovative technology products and features that are aligned with Hilton Grand Vacation’s technology, strategic direction, and business imperatives. 
  • Work with the Marketing team across the entire Marketing portfolio to define and deliver the Marketing roadmap.
  • Take product initiatives work with architecture, user experience and various engineering teams to define product releases and features and oversee end to end software product development and release process. 
  • Work closely with internal business stakeholders such as Product Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and other business units around the launch readiness process. Deliver product launch awareness training, review product documentation, help with questions from business customer facing team related to technology and software launches.
  • Responsible for end-to-end technology product delivery and lifecycle. Draft and review product documentation for software releases.
  • Lead regular products and service reviews with Technology leadership and maintain key metrics for review across the business including customer counts, revenue, churn and other metrics identified as important to measure success of the product.
  • Collaborate with product strategy team to establish the go-to market strategy for products, target prospective customers, and exploit competitive differentiators.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to all internal stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Meet regularly with customers and business partners to understand their challenges and needs to drive product requirements and provide the voice of the customer to development throughout the product lifecycle
  • Maintain a documented view of product competition and use data to support the development of differentiated products.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Store technology experience and be comfortable with authoring strong, differentiating requirements.
  • Strong MarTech experience
  • Experience using digital applications, in particular Twilio and Sitecore
  • Experience designing and building a customer data platform. 
  • Ability to analyze product success, identify opportunities to improve and articulate those decisions to the wider team.
  • Ability to identify detailed requirements across the different software products to ensure successful release of new product/features.
  • Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
  • Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
  • Ability to build consensus among various stakeholders across different teams
  • Ability to work with the development and threat intel teams, as well as internal and external customers to finalize and document detailed product requirements by the feature sets
  • Ability to work with the development manager to outline release plans and communicate with the rest of the organization.
  • Clearly defining requirements for acceptance testing and for product documentation
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform and AWS)
  • Strong understanding of security industry concepts.
  • Solid understanding of security/access control, scalability, high availability, and Application Configuration Management
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests.
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks and be comfortable working with minimal instruction and guidance.
  • Will embrace our customer-focused, action-oriented, results-driven culture 

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of related experience
