About the Team

The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. Our Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, to cost & quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, dasher compensation, and many more! 

About the Role

You will sit at the confluence of our logistics system and the Dasher experience with big business impact. Your goal is to reduce cost per delivery by finding efficiencies both in the delivery process and the Dasher Pay Model, getting into the weeds and really understanding what's happening on the ground, developing a solution, then scaling that impact through working with our product teams. Impact of doing this well is hundreds of millions of dollars of value per year, which we can reinvest right back into our audiences as better earnings for Dashers and lower prices for Consumers. You will report into the Senior Director of Logistics in our Strategy & Operations organization.

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

Colorado Pay Range:

$180,000—$270,000 USD

California Pay Range:

$190,000—$300,000 USD

New York Pay Range:

$200,000—$300,000 USD
