Job Title: Major Account Sales Representative - Bright Way Group SLA and Powersport Battery Division

Job Summary:The Account Sales Representative for the Bright Way Group SLA and Powersport Battery Division is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving sales and revenue growth within their assigned territory. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional who can effectively promote and sell Bright Way Group's SLA (Sealed Lead-Acid) and Powersport batteries to businesses and distributors in the automotive and powersport industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored product solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting Bright Way Group's SLA and Powersport battery products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features, benefits, and technical specifications of SLA and Powersport batteries.
  • Educate customers on the advantages of Bright Way Group's products.
  • Provide technical support and guidance as needed.
  1. Market Research:
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements or new product development.
  • Prepare regular reports on market trends and customer feedback.
  1. Account Management:
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts as needed.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive or powersport industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
