As an experienced professional in our Cybersecurity & Technology Controls organization, you are equally committed to watching over our applications and data today, as well as finding innovative new ways to protect them in the future. 

To do that, you will help lead a highly motivated team laser-focused on analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering automated resiliency assessment and reporting solutions to evaluate the recovery readiness of our applications against cyber events.

You will use your leadership skills to give guidance, best practice advice and support across all our business and technology groups. You will take the lead on developing and implementing a strategic auto-assessment and reporting engine roadmap, whilst ensuring the stability of the platform that facilitates the reporting. You will also be key in driving the establishment of an engagement model to enable effective stakeholder communications.

Job responsibilities

The Cyber Risk Controls Assurance Reporting product team is in charge of setting the strategy, getting buy-in across the organization, and being the drum beat for the execution engine. This includes:

  • Leading firm wide cybersecurity controls resiliency assurance reporting efforts and product developments that work across all business partners. 
  • Ensure integration with our key Enterprise Technology Resiliency and Risk Telemetry Product areas to ensure holistic technology resiliency reporting.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year, product roadmap that clearly represents key deliverables, dependencies & benefits. 
  • Ensure the accepted product backlog is in place, visible, and managed as capacity and capability is available.
  • Align audit & regulatory commitments to products. 
  • Driving Product maturity in developing modularized technology solutions that produce actionable telemetry and reporting of application cyber security controls implementation allowing the measurement of recovery readiness against cyber events and driving the remediation of gaps.
  • Ensure all commitments are mapped to Product book of work and prioritized appropriately
  • Engage stakeholders to identify assessment and reporting needs and map it to product roadmap.
  • Evangelize the Product & ensure key Content is readily available to key stakeholders & users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role within enterprise technology and more specifically – Cybersecurity and Cloud controls
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Demonstrated success in a Product Management construct with an emphasis on information security solutions.
  • Proven ability to provide product management artifacts and deliverables such as roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation. 
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of development of rules to drive effective reporting of automated assessments of applications and their deployments against established cyber and cloud controls.
  • Active professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP or other industry qualification) preferred.
  • Excellent command of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering threats and vulnerabilities
  • Keen understanding of national and international laws, regulations, policies and ethics related to financial industry cybersecurity - FISMA, PCI, NIST.
  • Noted cybersecurity expert, keeping technical skills current and participating in multiple forums.
  • Expertise in Agile and can work with at least one of the common frameworks.
  • Prior experience in technology resiliency risk reporting a plus.
