As an intern in the HR Team, you will be working across all of our business units and will support many different actitivites.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR activities like recruiting, onboarding, documentation etc.
  • Initate digitalization of personal files
  • Provide people data analytics support as needed.
  • Improve employee experience by being involved in organizing activities.
  • Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.
  • Contribute to collecting and analysing data that will help to define action plans to overcome complex challenges.
  • Support HR & Communication activities (e.g., newsletters, infographics).
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and assist on various TA matters like end-to-end recruitment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

  • A background in business administration with a keen interest in Human Resources
  • Eye for details; proactive and willing to take on challenges.
  • First experiences in Microsoft office tools/programs are beneficial.
  • Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player who is self-driven with initiatives
