Marketing and Customer Marketing Specialist (Sofia, Bulgaria)

We are looking for an energetic, creative and all-around marketeer to join our team in Sofia and help us drive growth for several exciting brands and categories, that are part of our Home & Personal Care business.

JOB SUMMARY

Understand the strategic direction of brands and categories; translate strategy and specific project objectives into local Marketing plans; cascade strategy and brand projects to sales teams-National Sales Managers (NSMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs).

Understand consumers as shoppers in given category, as well as retailers’ needs related to category development; integrate this knowledge into country CMP.

Together with NSMs/KAMs transpose brand project objectives into channel specific tactics and integrate marketing and customer activities in channel/customer plans, as part of monthly, quarterly and yearly planning.

Participate in target setting and manage/support the implementation of Sales & Operations Process at country level.

Work closely with regional/HQ category marketing teams in crafting brand plans to address local needs; provide input in yearly planning cycles.

Work closely with ATL, BTL and other partner agencies to deliver wide range of marketing activities and outputs including brand media plans (TV & digital), TV adaptations, development of brand campaigns and mechanisms, in-store visibility materials, leaflet designs, ect.

Monitor the implementation of activities at all levels and ensure all initiated activities are aligned with the company/department procedures, brand guidelines as well as legal requirements.

Support HQ teams with monthly/quarterly forecasts as well as performance reviews and explanations of monthly, quarterly and yearly results.

Have ownership on managing portfolio for set categories

Have full responsibility in managing P&L of set categories in order to meet company targets and expectations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Communication

3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably from FMCG

Very good command of English and strong communication and presentation skills

Very good level of Microsoft Office

Energy, positive attitude, proactivity, creativity, problem-solving, ability to handle multiple tasks
