Reporting to the Director of Marketing, The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on marketing campaigns across a series of strategic Partner-facing and customer-facing initiatives. These campaigns aim to drive awareness, adoption, and renewals of software and service offerings in the market. This new role leads project management, ongoing roadmap development, and communication of performance results and continuous optimization. The Manager is adept at working effectively in a fast-paced environment, has proven experience managing priorities and partnering across a diverse set of internal stakeholders. Successful candidates have demonstrated intellectual curiosity, accountability, attention to detail, strong cross-functional collaboration skills and business acumen. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns to educate, reinforce value, and drive adoption of software and service offerings in the custom integration market 
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns to showcase value to end customers and drive renewals of software and service offerings, deploying strategies that create values at each step of the lifecycle while minimizing churn 
  • Work closely with Creative Services to manage the development of content for campaigns, and manage the review process to ensure clear direction on revisions 
  • Support a robust ongoing communication strategy for Snap One Partners and their customers, ensuring consistency and awareness in messaging 
  • Support efforts to create and deploy key customer-facing and Partner-facing resources and tools through strong tactical execution, documentation, and project management skills 
  • Work cross-functionally with a wide variety of team members to ensure initiatives are completed accurately, on time, and meeting expectations 
  • Perform analysis and manage reporting to measure efficacy of campaigns and communicate results effectively to the team, with recommended actions for optimization 
  • Support marketing channel planning by documenting goals, guidelines and quarterly roadmap 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field and 5+ years of campaign marketing experience or 7+ years of campaign marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, programs and/or promotions 
  • Experience working with Creative Marketing Teams
  • Experience working cross functionally with different lines of business

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience within consumer electronics 
  • Experience in B2B2C marketing
