If so, the Enterprise Cloud team is looking for a product leader who is obsessed with creating a modern engineering system that focuses on industry leading practices and tools to build and operate autonomous and efficient internet-scale cloud service.

Cyber-security is an emerging product area that reflects customers’ and governments’, demand for isolated and controlled cloud environments that build on top of the heightened security and feature benefits of the public cloud. 

We are looking for a growth-oriented people manager who can lead a PM team with a balanced set of incubation, design, growth engineering, data informed decision making, customer focus, partner engagement, and execution skills who embraces the cultural values of inclusion and belonging and embraces the opportunity to do the following

We are looking for a strong product leader to lead and grow a team of Product Mangers to define the vision and roadmap for running the the next generation of autonomous cloud infrastructure. Microsoft is uniquely at the center of this opportunity, and we have the responsibility to advance the frontiers of compliance, regulation, and security in the ever-expanding digital world. 

As a Product Manager Lead for the Enterprise Cloud team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivery for core technologies that power the heart of our cloud infrastructure and inventory systems that allows M365 Cloud infrastructure to scale, grow and operate. These technologies and database systems are at the heart of how we build governance for our service compliance, how we do our service buildout at large scale and how we maintain runtime health of our cloud systems. 

This is a PM Manager role with opportunity for deep technical impact and innovation, product and service strategy development, and high executive visibility. You will be an inspiring, inclusive, and collaborative leader to lead a team responsible for delivering on customer and business value. You will play a key role in building the team with the right culture, partnering with other teams, interacting with customers, and representing the innovations in our organization. 

  • Develop and execute long-term vision and near-term strategic plans across the Microsoft portfolio of products and services in collaboration with product leadership. 
  • Understand the broader ecosystem of Microsoft products and where to leverage capabilities and functionalities across the broader ecosystem. 
  • Resolve complex alignment issues, contribute to portfolio-level solutions, and drive cross-functional clarity with leadership. 
  • Act as subject matter expert including staying abreast of latest industry standards, best practices, regulatory requirements and research in cloud technology to ensure our products and services remain at the forefront of user protection. 
  • Partner with Engineering Managers and teams across the company to develop and implement innovative solutions that leverage generative AI to enhance our cloud systems and processes. 
  • Manage, retain, mentor and grow a team of talented product managers and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and learning.

Required Qualifications  

  • Senior-level product management experience delivering products and services. People manager experience. 
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivelent 
  • Demonstrated product thought leadership with technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly understand service capabilities, technical issues, and customer needs. 
  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success and the know-how required to lead your team to realize your vision. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas. 
  • Strong stakeholder management across orgs and geos/time zones, to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and services like Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or other cloud platform providers
