Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Operations and Transformation Strategy to join our team! With a organizational change management focus, this role will work on the Operations and Transformation team focused on implementing the long-term Lace Up Plan within Foot Locker Inc. This role will work enterprise-wide with key cross-functional leaders to track our progress and propose options. This team member will oversee multiple projects at once focused on growing the business, optimizing cost, and driving transformation within the brand. You will need to have strong experience in creating presentation materials and comfortable communicating with organizational leadership in this role. Your internal title would be Operations and Transformation Strategy Manager.

The annual base salary range is $85000-$105000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
