COORDINATOR. CREATOR. ORCHESTRATOR.

We're a global analytics and advice firm that helps leaders and organisations solve their most pressing problems.

As a Sales Administrator in our London office, you will partner with our executive business development team and internal experts to manage the sales pursuit process with efficiency, organisation, and compelling content. You are a natural coordinator, creator, and orchestrator – and key to our winning strategy to help clients achieve what is possible through our world-class analytics and advice.

What you will do:

  • Manage multiple pursuits at different stages among stakeholders across a variety of disciplines with a commitment to deliver a winning proposal.
  • Learn and master Gallup’s collateral, reports, case studies, best practices, resources, and offerings.
  • Manage a repository of information to efficiently create compelling responses to inquiries.
  • Write responses to inquiries with new and revised content that perfectly match proposal requirements and incite interest from the prospects.
  • Initiate next steps, juggle competing demands, and ensure all details are correct to meet every pressing deadline.
  • Track effectiveness of outreach activities and pursuits.

Who we want:

Meticulous orchestrators. You know what needs to be done, the timeline for proposals, who needs to contribute content, every detail that needs attention, and how to manage the process to perfection.

Exceptional communicators. You are a writer and content editor who can effectively pull the right information and create compelling proposals and requests for information.

Dedicated partners. You are committed to developing strong partnerships with all stakeholders to understand their needs, secure their contribution, and be their trusted colleague.

Strategic learners. You absorb new information quickly, identify and apply critical data for the task at hand, archive relevant information for future use, and organise an abundance of content for efficient recall.

What you need:

  • An undergraduate degree is required. A degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • One year of experience in sales support, professional writing, proposal coordination, or similar is preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in the London office three days a week with the other two days at the office or at home.
  • Must be authorised to work in the UK on a full-time basis.

What we offer:

We create exceptional workplaces, starting with our own. We focus on developing your strengths – what you do right, rather than what you do wrong – and helping you be engaged at work. When you work at Gallup, you’ll benefit from:

  • A strengths-based, engagement-focused, and performance-oriented culture.
  • A flexible and hybrid work setting that allows you to work on-site and from home; you’ll work with your manager to configure what’s best for you and your team.
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace culture that is committed to fostering belonging and wellbeing.
  • World-class managers who support, develop, empower and engage you.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities and purposeful career growth tailored to your unique talents.
  • Mission-driven work that changes the lives of people around the world.
  • A robust benefits package including health, life and dental insurance, retirement and savings plan with company matching, travel reimbursement, wellbeing activities and much more.
  • An inspiring workplace in the world-renowned The Shard, boasting captivating views of the London skyline and River Thames and with direct access to London Bridge Station.
