As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing highly complex enterprise-wide programs focused on improving end-to-end efficiency and removing business friction. You articulate as-is and ideal state business processes with a clear understanding of product & system impacts, automation options, project scope, timing and budget.

How you can make a difference:

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends end-to-end solutions/best practices to improve technical processes and to alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication.
  • Uses specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to develop program strategy, supporting business case and various high-level project plans.
  • Communicates with leadership and other stakeholders on program strategy, direction and changes.
  • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets, based on business needs.
  • Partners with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of technical programs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Eight or more years of project management experience and IT or engineering experience; Experience managing large, complex, diverse and strategic multi-discipline technical projects that impacts the entire organization. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, a related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Technical skills: History of implementing program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality. Conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified.
  • Skills: Prioritization, organizational, presentation, team development and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of complex products, Spectrum Enterprise systems and processes.
  • Spectrum Enterprise experience, preferably within operational or front-line organizations.
  • Experience working with technology and the business to define process architecture that accommodates the longer-term evolution of systems and automation.
