As a part of Optum, the OptumCare California market is seeking a full-time Senior Vice President of Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team leadership team in the greater Los Angeles metro area of California. We are transforming healthcare nationally while providing Physician-led care locally.
The Senior Vice President of Operations is a key member of the Optum leadership team. This position is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating administrative activities within the market including the formulation and administration of policies and procedures, strategic planning and business development, operational business planning, development and monitoring of goals, budget development and management. This position provides strategic and tactical leadership, counsel and direction to the field leaders to ensure safe, efficient and ethical patient care. Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors performance and works closely with the President and senior leadership to develop competitive strategies in alignment with Optum’s mission and values. The position has budget and P&L accountability.

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $181,600 to $345,500 per year.
