Key duties of the role include: 

  • Responsible to deliver project in quality, in time and in budget 
  • Ensuring compliance with Company Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health procedures
  • Defining, maintaining and monitoring project specific procedures and quality assurance plans 
  • Providing project reporting and forecasting against the project programs to the client and in house 
  • Reviewing and implementing project delivery strategies that meet company objectives, and recommending revisions to achieve project expectations 
  • Establishing and managing the budget for project delivery 
  • Responding to customer feedback 
  • Being proactively involved in developing project delivery strategies

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Experience in conducting/ coordinating a railwayplan/detailed design towards Trafikverket 
  • Proven PM track record with ability to coordinate international working staff and partners, with a technical, financial, HSEQ and client satisfaction focus 
  • Solid technical background in any rail related area or wider project management experience within infrastructure 
  • Professional knowledge of Swedish regulation in regards to railway topics 
  • Leadership in interaction with clients, authorities and diverse stakeholders 
  • Strong Business, HSEQ and Ethics values 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline 
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and subject matter experts to deliver projects 
  • Business Development and Client Account Management and market knowledge, mainly in the railway sector A passion for energy transition/climate action and the electric transport industry 
  • Established sales leadership and account management skills 
  • Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors throughout large and complex infrastructure projects, in a regulated environment 
  • Good presentation, influencing and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to develop relationships and maintain effective networks 
  • Proven ability to generate sales pipeline and enable the meeting of annual sales targets 
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and one of the following languages: Swedish/Norwegian/Danish 
  • Seller-doer mentality 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
