Colorado Public Radio (CPR) is seeking a Compensation and Benefit Specialist.
About the Position:
The Compensation and Benefit Specialist provides strategic direction, planning, and requirements for successful implementation and administration of our compensation and benefits programs within CPR. This position will be responsible for managing our compensation and benefits programs, such as base pay, annual incentives, open enrollment, and equity plans. This role will maintain transparent, equitable and consistent application of our compensation and benefits programs with an eye toward educating and coaching management and staff on them. This person will also research market trends, generate analyses and find improvement opportunities for our executive leadership’s review.
