Inviting applications for the role of Inbound – Clerk (Process Developer) - Senior Process Associate - English - Onsite Johannesburg!

To handle calls from customers and provide support to them in any way possible. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. You are responsible for meeting personal and team targets as well as our customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Query Handling Responsibilities (all queries will be credit related)
  • Accountable for the management of internal call transfers to the specialist or escalated tiers
  • Determine and capture customer reasons for not wanting to pay outstanding amount and resolve the issues
  • Resolve customers statement query by running a recon, updating customer information or escalating the issue to SSC
  • Education of customer on alternative channels/Self-help channels for query resolution
  • Responsible for educating the customer in the use of their products and services to reduce propensity to call, and to direct customers to self-service where appropriate
  • Accountable for the achievement of First Contact Resolution targets as an individual

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • Completed / In progress Diploma or B.Com Degree in Finance or equivalent 
  • Experience within FMCG environment (Advantageous)
  • Good understanding of the NCA 
  • Clear credit record/Background checks to be conducted
  • Credit Control Experience
  • SAP(R/3) finance knowledge 
  • Excel knowledge

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management and across all levels of associates and with external customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
