Context:

How would you like to be able to leave your mark on our production and logistics site of Chaudfontaine and make some great achievements that you can be proud of? 

In this position, you will have the opportunity to champion and lead Operational Excellence and drive a Continuous Improvement culture. You will help prepare our site for the future and achieve the next level in Operational Excellence.

Your job will involve:

  • Champion and lead Operational Excellence and drive a Continuous Improvement culture. 
  • Create a global Site OE plan 
  • Monitor the OE process, and identify and implement countermeasures to ensure that the OE programme is achieved, in collaboration with the management team.
  • Ensuring that the Operational Excellence standards are developed and implemented. This involves strongly promoting change proposals and new developments.
  • Ensure that a sustainable, dynamic change agenda is fully supported at site level
  • Deliver demonstrable, balanced performance improvement via strategic & tactical initiates while contributing to the broader business improvement framework. 
  • Partner and coach our management team and leverage your improvement know-how. 
  • Share and implement best practices across sites.

Profile must haves:

  • Bio-Engineer profile with project affinity
  • Degree in Bio - Agro - Chemistry - Civil Engineer or equivalent experience
  • An experience in project management and continuous improvement
  • A strong knowledge of English and French is essential.
  • Field-oriented approach (at least 50%).

Profile nice to haves:

  • An experience in the food industry is a plus.
