Finance Controller – Pakistan, Karachi

Join our Transmission Service team as the Finance Controller and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

You‘ll make an impact by:

  • Leads Budget and Forecast processes, ensuring data is compiled and proper dates are met for data inputting in FC tool.
  • Manages month end close processes, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reviews, to ensure financials are executed as expected.
  • Analyzes and prepares commentary on actual performance of the business compared to the key forecast versions.
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of reporting solutions that facilitate quick and accurate financial analysis before, during, and after month end close.
  • Drives special topics important for overall business execution, creating additional efficiencies for SE T SV business.
  • Collaborates with and supports BU Management in various financial reporting tasks
  • Facilitate external & internal auditors & resolve queries in timely manner. 

Your success is grounded in

  • M.Com/MBA/ACCA/CA or any other business & accounting qualification.
  • More than three (3) years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above
  • SAP experience and knowledge, especially with financial statements
  • Ability to efficiently identify issues, analyze impacts, and implement solutions
  • The candidate should have demonstrated skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required.
