Specialist Promotion Service (m/w/d) - Sports Marketing Central Europe - part time 20 hours/week

Purpose & Overall Relevance to the Organization:

As Specialist Sports Marketing Services, you will be responsible for providing the best possible service to adidas promotional partners. You will independently plan the items needed for the equipment and advise our partners on item selection.

Responsibilities:

  • Definition of equipment in cooperation with product management and the respective sports marketing manager.
  • Planning of the equipment of our partners. This includes the preparation of quotations, proactive information and consultation of the contact person responsible for the equipment (equipment attendants, team management, agencies, etc.), system registration and tracking, taking into account the respective events, the game schedules and their clothing regulations.
  • Ensure communication of garment regulations between partners, in advance of production.
  • Ensuring on-time delivery through individual coordination with all stages of the European supply chain organization (procurement, order book management, warehouse, in-house finishing and external finishing partners).
  • Configuration of product tool products in collaboration with product management and the partner. Placement, tracking, finishing coordination and delivery control of orders.
  • Ensure contract fulfillment by checking orders on a daily basis, thereby securing the required promo inventory in the European supply chain process.
  • Invoice control, process returns, create credit notes and replacement deliveries.
  • In case of default, close coordination with Finance and subsequent clarification with the partner.
  • Support of the respective Sports Marketing Manager in the coordination and organization of meetings with internal and external partners. Thereby responsible organization of the partner visit and on-site dressing.
  • Regular exchange on the current status of the equipment goods budget with the SpoMaManager of the respective partner and clear communication of the available budget directly to the partner.
  • Organization and coordination of goods shipments abroad, including customs coordination.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Process-oriented and solution-oriented thinking, decisiveness, initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, good relationship/contact management, empathy, openness, composure, customer orientation
  • Good SAP knowledge, advanced MS Office skills
  • German and English spoken and written

Education and experience / minimum requirement:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Work experience in the sports industry, product, finance departments would be an advantage
