Main responsibilities:
- Identify customers’ needs, analyze and solve problems and promoting DHL core products combined with tailor made solutions.
- Meet individual targets by developing existing and gaining new customers.
- Increase profitability whilst acquiring new business.
- Ensure sales activities are effectively planned to make a best use of time and resources.
- Prepare all reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy and timeframe.
Requirements:
- Customer oriented
- Excellent communication and telephone skills (spoken & written)
- Understanding of business principles
- Very organized and positive minded
- Achievement drive
- Initiative and adaptability
- Analytical thinking
- Fluency in English and Romanian (spoken & written)
- Strong PC skills
