The Marketing Science team aims to influence marketing investment decisions by delivering sophisticated marketing measurement models. As a Principal PM-T on the team, you will work closely with senior leadership across business and finance, as well as the other scientists on our team, to successfully drive critical marketing measurement solutions at the center of decision-making.

Key job responsibilities

  • Innovate on the vision for the desired state of Global marketing measurement for Prime Video, working with senior leadership to understand critical needs to aid concrete decision-making.
  • Influence senior leadership by driving scientific products that enable investment decisions on the advertising of Amazon Original TV Shows and Movies.
  • Own the vision and roadmap of our core data science models aimed at quantifying the impact of marketing actions on customer viewership and acquisition.
  • Envision the ideal internal customer experience journey and set the plan for how our key stakeholders will consume our results and recommendations.
  • Ideate new scientific products that cater to unserved decision-making needs of Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with other Scientists and Economists on our team to assess feature feasibility and resource allocation.
  • Write strategic documentation and narrative to present to senior leaders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience technical product management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
